All of the ST- Step Up/Step Down Transformers offer fuse protection against any overloading or overheating that may occur during use. This step-down converter ensures your equipment remains safe when too much power builds up. Each Step Down. FUse protection works by using a fuse to break the current when the transformer becomes overloaded, by doing so, protecting you transformer and your appliance. Each ST-Step Up/Step Down Transformers include two extra fuses. Additional sets of fuses, availabvle in each wattage, are also sold seperately in packs of 3. With a simple easy fuse replacement, this step down converter keeps your equipment safe and long lasting.
