Returned Merchandise Policy
Your satisfaction is our number-one goal! We will gladly accept returns on defective products or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days after your receipt.
The following terms and conditions apply:
1.You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning items. Please e-mail email@example.com or call 800-827-9978 to speak with a Customer Service Representative to obtain an RMA number. We cannot accept returns without an RMA.
2.Electronic items must be returned in their original packaging. You must include with the return all manuals, accessories and parts to obtain a full refund. Replacement cost of any missing items will be deducted from your credit. The following items are not acceptable for credit, refund, or exchange and must be repaired by manufacturers' service centers: Computers, Computer Peripherals, Software's, Televisions (all sizes), Cell Phone, and stereo systems.
3.If you wish to return a product for any other reason, we will gladly accept the return no questions asked! Your merchandise must be sent within 30 days of your receipt. No collect shipments will be accepted. We will ship a replacement product or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Merchandise returns of large items that must be shipped by freight or that are custom-made will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items unless they were defective or were shipped incorrectly.
4.All shipping charges are none refundable, and you will be charged appropriate shipping charges for all items shipped by 110220volts.com for FREE. We request that you ship returns via UPS; we will advise you of the correct address. If you must ship by a carrier other than UPS, call us at 800-827-9978 before you ship. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping, we recommend that you insure the product's for their full value.
The following items are not acceptable for credit, refund, or exchange and must be repaired by manufacturers' service centers: Televisions (all sizes), Cell Phone, and stereo systems. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual or call us at 800-827-9978 for assistance.
Note: Electronic equipment that has been installed, scratched or abused will not be accepted for return or credit.

Shipping Info & Policies
With the help of UPS, Fed-ex, Airborne, and USPS our ordering and tracking system calculates shipping charges when the product is shipped. If you feel our system has miscalculated these charges please contact customer service at 800-827-9978 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping Address Information
Overseas Best Buy cannot accept "change of shipping address" requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing apartment or suite number, transposed street number, etc.) please contact customer service at email@example.com or by phone at 800-827-9978. Should you require a complete change of "Ship To" information, call us right away before we proceed your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address are subject to an address correction fee and/or additional shipping charges. Overseas Best Buy reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses (including hotel or motel guests) without prior payment in full by credit card, check or money order. Please check with our Customer Service Department for exceptions.
To further ensure consumer protection, all International Orders must be paid online through International Checkout, Paypal, or wire transfers are also welcome. Currently International Checkout allows international processing to over 250 Destinations Worldwide.
International orders cannot be processed without prior customer approval of shipping charges. Orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide with expedited air service when available. Air orders typically deliver in one week or less. Orders shipped via USPS ground mail may require up to 12 weeks. Shipping charges do not include any duty and taxes additional tariffs or clearance fees. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All International Orders outside the contiguous United States are final except in case of defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

The liability of Overseas Best Buy for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
All Overseas Best Buy items are priced in U.S. Dollars. Overseas Best Buy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Overseas Best Buy also accepts prepaid orders with personal checks and money orders drawn on any U.S. bank and payable in U.S. currency.
Overseas Best Buy reserves the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in order cancellation.
Sales Tax Information
Overseas Best Buy charges applicable sales tax to all items delivered to Illinois addresses. Overseas Best Buy is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States.
