PAL video camera-recorders record in the Phase Alternation Line system and playback exclusively on either PAL system or Multisystem television sets. they are equipped with a dual voltage(110v - 220 v.) power adapter for use throughout the world.
All camcorders are equipped with standard accessories such as a combination battery charger-AC current adapter, battery pack, AV cable, remote control (according to the model), overseas round electrical plug, and the user's instructions manual containing the complete list of accessories.

World Television Systems and Voltage Guide
- PAL (Phase Alternation Line) offers 625 lines per second to produce a very detailed image on a wider luminance (color signal) bandwidth. The PAL system has been adopted by almost all of the world's countries using the 50 Hz (cycles) voltage.
- NTSC (National Television Standard Committee), the American broadcast frequency, offers 525 lines per second to produce an image with a faster frame rate, which reduces visible flickering and picture noise.
