1. Point the dish to the SouthEast (approximately 159-degree) general range from (145 to 180)
2. Make sure the Bracket is Level before you insert the dish on it
3. Select an angle of (approximately 43-degree) general range from (35 to 50)
4. Connect your cable from the LNB to the back of the Receiver
5. Connect short wire provided from the Receiver to the TV
6. Put your TV on Channel #3 & Power [ON] on Receiver
7. Press the Menu Key on the Remote Control
8. Select Installation #1 & press OK Key on the Remote Control
9. When requested to enter PIN Code enter (0000)
10. Now go to #5 Manual Scanning & press the OK key
11. Now you should see Red line on the Signal Strength the line need to go as high as 75 before you can see any Signal Quality (Blue line)
12. Once you see Blue line on the Signal Quality = you are almost there
13. You need to get a Min. of 70 on the Quality line if so
14. You are done with the dish fasten/lock all screws behind the dish
15. Press the OK key then the Exit key 3 times
16. Now you should be able to view your new Satellite Channel

8. Select #1 (Channel Data Scan) & press Select (Orange Key) on the Remote Control
9. Highlight the first line to show (Telstar 5 Under Satellite, Globecast Under Program Name and Scan & Add Under Command)
10. Press the Select Key
11. Now you should see Red line on the Signal Strength the line need to go as high as 45 before you can see any Signal Quality
12. Once you see Red line on the Signal Quality = you are almost there
13. You need to get a Min. of 70 on the Quality line if so
14. You are done with the dish fasten/lock all screws behind the dish
15. Press the Select Key & allow up to 3 Min. For the System to Download
16. Once done select the second item on the Program menu then the third item and so on
17. Once done with all 8 Programs you should have a total of more than 70 channels ( Radios & TV's)
18. Press the Clear Key 3 times
19. Now you should be viewing channel #1 (Abou-Dabi) an Arabic Channel

1. Press Manu
2. Choose #2 (Network Setup)
3. Press Select
4. Enter (0000)
5. Right Arrow (VOL+) to move to channel
6. Select
7. Add highlighted green press Select again
8. New Channel highlighted green press Select
9. Go down to Edit Value
10. Change the Frequency from 00000 that are highlighted green to 11836
    Just enter the numbers on the remote control
11. Change the SR from 00.00000 to 20763
12. Change FEC from Auto to 2/3 using the VOL + key (Right Arrow)
13. Change Pol from Hor to VOL using the VOL + key (Right Arrow)
14. Press the orange CLEAR key 2 Times
15. When YES highlighted Green Press Select
16. Go to #1 (Channel Data Scan) press Select
17. With Right Arrow (VOL +) go to Program Name
18. With Channel Arrow Down Key go to New Channel the very Last one on that list
19. With the Right Arrow (VOL +) go to Command
20. Now you should see the following (Telstar 5, New Channel & Scan & Add) highlighted
21. If so, press Select
22. Press Select Again and wait for the down load to be completed
23. Now press the Clear Key 3 times

1. Press Manu
2. Go to # 4 on the list [Preference]
3. Press Select
4. Press Select Again
5. With Channel key Arrow UP go to SSC (?what #)
6. Press Select
7. Enter #1 on the Remote Control
8. Press Select
9. Repeat the steps above to organize all your favorite channels
10. When all done press Clear 3 times

1. On Remote Control Press the Menu (Orange Key)
2. Chose #4 Preference and press the Select button
3. Chose #1 Channel Organizer and press the Select button
4. Highlight the channel you like to place on top of your TV list (example #1)
5. Press Select then enter number 1 on key pad of remote control
6. Press the Select button and that channel will move to number 1
7. Go to the next one and do the same and enter number 2 on key pad of remote control, and so on.

1. Press the Menu key on your remote control
2. Chose #1 (Channel Data Scan) and press the Select key
3. Keep the green highlight on Telstar-5
4. With the Vol + key move to Hero-Miami
5. With the Vol + key move again to Scan & Add
6. Now press the Select key
7. When you see the Red Bar on both Signal Strength & Quality Strength
8. Press the Select key and wait for the down load
9. When screen goes back to Channel Data Scan keep Satellite on Telstar-5
10. With the Vol + key move to the Channel Column and
11. With channel Arrow Down key move to Kelly Broadcast and do steps 5 through 8
12. Now do the same for the remaining channels Fox, UBEST, Hello Miami, Sky Angel, and China_TV
13. Final step press the Clear key on your remote control 3 times to go back to TV

• Press Menu
• Go to Channel Installation
• Press Select
• Enter your Pin Code (0000)
• Go to Update Satellite Information
• Press View
• Highlight ADD
• Press Select
• On New Channel
• Move to Edit
• With Arrow Down move to:
  1. Frequency & enter new value
  2. Polarity & enter H or V with the right arrow key
  3. Symbol Rate & enter new value
  4. FEC & with the right arrow key go to the new value (2/3 or 3/4)
• Press Clear three times

• Press Menu
• Go to Channel Installation
• Press Select
• Enter your Pin Code (0000)
• Go to Scan Satellite
• With arrow down go to Scan
• Press Select
• When scan end press Clear 3 times

1. On Remote Control Press the Menu (Orange Key)
2. On the Main Menu chose Channel List and press the Select button
3. On the Channel List go down to Rename Channel and press the Select button.
4. Enter your Pin Code (0000)
5. On TV list go to the channel you want to rename and press the Select button
6. Chose Yes and press the Select button
7. Chose the from the key board on the TV screen the letters you need to make the name of your choice
8. Go to the next one and do the same

1. Press the Menu key
2. Go to #2 on the main menu
3. Enter your PIN # (0000)
4. Keep the Green Highlight on TeleStar 5 & with the VOL+ Arrow move to Channel Globecast
5. Go Down with Channel Arrow Key to the last channel
6. Press the Select Key
7. Press Add (new Channel)
8. Now go to the New Channel
9. Press the Select key
10. Go Down with Channel Arrow Key to Edit Value
11. Press the Select Key
12. Using your remote control to enter new frequency 11936
13. Go down to the second line and enter this number 22000
14. With the right arrow click to show ¾
15. Keep it on Hor
16. Press the Clear Key 2 times
17. Now Scan the new channel
