I like the unit for my travels but it's a little bulky and the plastic under the unit feels a bit cheap.

In responds to Christopher post on 08/26/2010, when getting an adapter the back end must be for Europe, and the front must be for the country your using it in.

Works perfectly, the only problem is IT DOES NOT ACCEPT 3-PRONG SWISS PLUGS [or any plug that has the ground plug close to the middle].
