GSM cellular telephones require a SIM card to startup. Your service provider sells  this card.

We cannot guarantee that the instruction manuals for these telephones will be in English, as they are European-made their manuals may be in European-languages. You may be able to download an English-language operating manual from the manufacturer's website.

All GSM cell phones are SIM card unlocked.

GSM cell phones may only be exchanged, from date of purchase, within 30 days.

Most features depend upon network and service subscriptions and are not available everywhere.

Some features may require additional accessories.

The use of some functions is subject to varying State and Federal telephone privacy laws.

Tri-band manual selection is available only on tri-band networks; international roaming is available only where roaming service agreements exist.

You must separately buy the necessary compatible software that allows linking a cell phone to a personal computer.
